Dispute Resolution:

In the event that any dispute or disagreement arises, we believe in minimizing legal conflicts and promoting amicable resolution. Therefore, our Dispute Resolution section outlines the preferred methods for resolving disputes.

  1. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, we encourage both parties to engage in mediation. Mediation involves the appointment of a neutral third party, known as a mediator, who will assist in facilitating communication and negotiation between the parties. Mediation allows for open dialogue and the opportunity to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

  2. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful or not suitable for the particular dispute, we may opt for arbitration as the next step. Arbitration involves the submission of the dispute to one or more impartial arbitrators who will review the evidence and make a binding decision. The decision reached through arbitration is typically final and binding upon both parties.

  3. Litigation: While we strongly prefer alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration, there may be instances where litigation becomes necessary. In such cases, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and will abide by any rulings made by the court.

It is important to note that by engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
