The Process
How a maintenance plan works
Free consultation
Once your organizing project is complete, Sara will walk through your home with you to discuss which spaces you'd like to maintain and how often. She'll confirm the right cadence and scope for your household and provide a custom quote — a natural next step after your project wraps up.
We set your schedule
Once you're confirmed, your visits are placed on the calendar in advance. Monthly clients receive a recurring slot. Quarterly and bi-annual clients have visits scheduled at the start of the plan — your time is held, no chasing availability later.
Two organizers arrive and get to work
Each visit is staffed by two organizers. They work through the home — picking up and putting away, folding laundry, tidying drawers and cabinets, and completing a rotating deeper pass on one smaller space. Visits are a minimum of four hours, scoped to what your home needs.
Quick debrief & next visit confirmed
Before leaving, the team walks you through what was covered and flags anything worth noting for next time. Your following visit is confirmed before they go, so the rhythm is always in place.
