Hoarding Support

Large piles of clutter, lamps, clocks, and other debris frame a woman in her home.

Hoarding is a mental health condition that 2-6% of the population experiences. You may feel that you are alone, but you are not! We offer a compassionate approach to help you recognize the patterns of thinking that lead to hoarding behaviors, and eventually overcome them. We do not push our clients to get rid of any items. During our time together, a big focus will be on building trust that we aren’t there to tell you what to keep or what to donate. Instead, our focus is on aligning with your goals for how you want to function in your home. Overcoming hoarding takes work - but it can be done, and we’d love to be part of your journey.

Hoarding Support can be virtual or in-person depending on your location & preferences. We recommend weekly 2-hour sessions until you feel comfortable with a larger, team based session based on pre-determined rules & guidelines set by YOU.
